Q) I did not receive my tracking number?

A) Once you complete your order you should receive an order confirmation email. We provide customers 2 hours to change or cancel their order. Therefore it can take between 1 to 3 days to receive your tracking number.  

Q) How long do orders take?

A) For domestic products it may take between 1 to 2 weeks for you to receive your Item. For international products it may take 2 to 4 weeks.

Q) Can I cancel my order?

A) You can cancel or change your order within 2 hours. If you want to cancel and receive your money back, email us the request. It may take 5 business days for your payment to be reversed and Show in Your Account. After 2 hours we are working on fulfilling your order and you will have to wait until you have received your Item to request a refund. (Visit our Refund Policy for Details.) If you want to change your order, email us the request. Once we receive the request we will send you a new order confirmation email for the changed item and start working on fulfillment.

Q) I received an incorrect or defective item?

A) Email us a picture of the incorrect product. And we will send you the correct item free of charge.(Visit our Refund Policy for Details.)

 Q) What if I want to do an exchange?

A) For all products you can exchange your Item for In-store credit. (Visit our Return Policy for Details.)
