Q) I did not receive my tracking number?

A) Once you complete your order you should receive an email with your receipt and tracking number. With the tracking number you can keep a track on the location of your order. If you cannot locate your order email, check under your important or spam folder. Please email us at support@vibrantbirds.com if you still cannot find your email order.

Q) I received an incorrect item?

A) Please email our customer service team, support@vibrantbirds.com so that we can provide you with the correct item.

Q) Where is my order? 

A) Once you complete your order you should receive an email with your receipt and tracking number. For international products it can take between 3 to 4 weeks before receiving your product. For domestic products it can take between 2 to 3 weeks before receiving your product.

Q) What if I want to return my item?

A) Please contact us at  support@vibrantbirds.com so that we can give you your refund. And fly over to our refund page.
